Welcome to my site!

Hi! I’m Rene, born in Nicaragua and raised in South Florida. I love the area, the mix of cultures and food, and some outdoor activities when the weather is not too hot!

I enjoy travelling, having been fortunate to visit many countries throughout America, Europe, Africa and Asia. The best part of travelling is meeting local people and sharing their history, customs and cuisine.

Recently I started on my running era, and I’ve met amazing, inspiring people in that community. I’ve been able to run a couple of marathons and I especially love running in different states.

I started this site to share my thoughts and observations about life and human behavior. I’ve always considered myself a life long learner, but recently have become more of a doer.

I want to share this journey and bring awareness to myself and to others. Self knowing, growth, sharing, and learning from each other is a beautiful system!

Having spent the first half of my life seeking knowledge, I want to spend the second half sharing it.
